Please read our FAQs below for some quick answers:

Do I need a SIM card?

Yes. You need to go to your nearest cellular store and get a sim card (you’ll need to take proof of residence and an ID to get fica approved). Then, once you have the sim card activated, you will need to load data onto the sim card as that is how the GPS device will be tracked.

How much data does the GPS device use?

GPS devices take up to 150kb per day (4.5MB per month).

Does the device need to be charged?

Yes, the device comes with a charger. You obviously don’t need to have your pet wearing the collar all the time, but it is ideal to put it on in any circumstances where you feel worried that your pet could go missing.

What if my pet gets stolen and they remove the collar?

We cant protect your pet in all circumstances. We offer a GPS device that can be tracked via a mobile app. If your pet goes missing, and is still wearing the GPS collar (and its charged), you can login to your app and locate the GPS device which will help you locate your beloved pet.

What is the name of the App?

The app we use to locate the GPS device is called “SeTracker2”. Download it here:

How do I set up the GPS device and the App?

I am struggling to register on the App.

It may be because you are using symbols in your password. You may only use letters and numbers, with the total password being between 8 and 15 characters.

The location is changing in real time.

There is a very important setting in the App called “Location Update Schedule”. This setting allows you to change the auto-update schedule between 1 minute, 10 minutes and 1 hour. Once set, the location will update accordingly. You can manage this setting depending on the risk of your pet running away and getting lost.
